Poultry Blend

Our Poultry Blend herb kits are a combination of Greek Oregano, Summer Thyme, and Sage that brings out rich, deep flavors in your favourite chicken or turkey dishes. This fresh and balanced herb blend has multiple levels of mouthwatering flavours: 

• Summer Thyme has soft and supple leaves that have a woody, floral taste that is both smooth and deep. 
• Greek Oregano has a distinct but not overpowering smell and taste.  As a result, it is satisfyingly savoury when added to dishes.  
• Sage has a unique herbal flavour with hints of mint, eucalyptus, and citrus.  This herb works well in heavier dishes with rich ingredients that stand up to such a strong flavour.  

Our Poultry Blend herb kits are sustainably grown year-round in our pesticide free, vertical farm. We strive to deliver the best in freshness by harvesting and delivering to our customers and retail partners on the same day.

Vitamins and Minerals  

• Summer Thyme is high in vitamin C, potassium, and manganese, which help build a strong immune system and good bone health.
• Greek Oregano is high in antioxidants, fiber, vitamin K, manganese, iron, vitamin E, tryptophan, and calcium. 
• Sage is high in vitamin K and other essential minerals like magnesium, zinc, and copper.  It also contains trace amounts of the antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E.
